Tweelingen is a set of custom cabinets created as part of our bespoke service. While this particular design is not available for purchase, it can serve as inspiration for a personalized piece made specifically for you.
The cabinet set was designed to complement a tuxedo sofa, with the height of the cabinets matching its armrests. This thoughtful design allows the pieces to function not just as a cabinet, but also as side tables. Alternatively, you could view them as side tables with integrated storage space.
The most striking feature of the cabinets is the bold, dynamic figure of the salvaged silver ash wood. Each cabinet’s wild and distinct pattern lends it a unique character, yet their shared design ties them together— like twins, but more of the fraternal than the identical kind.
Beyond showcasing the natural beauty of the wood, these cabinets also highlight fine craftsmanship. Notable details include the hand-cut box joints along the four corners and the hand-carved pattern on the walnut pedestal, reflecting the fine artistry behind their creation.
