New: side table Zestig

The week starts with a new addition to our portfolio! Zestig is a minimalist side table made out of cherry, walnut, and maple. It was made as a gift for the 60th birthday of a loved one. ❤️

For more photos and info visit Zestig’s page in our shop. Are you interested in a bespoke piece like this? Get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!

Strepen Drie is a striped serving board that will make your hors d’oeuvres, sushis, or cheeses look even more delightful.  This is Espenaer’s third striped serving board – Strepen and drie simply mean ‘stripes’ and ‘three’ respectively in Dutch – and features 8 different woods!

The workshop: a work in progress

Since we moved into this iconic former school in Amsterdam-West, we’ve committed ourselves to creating a workshop that inspires people and makes them feel a connection with artisanal woodworking. The latest job was finally painting those awful exterior doors to Espenaer’s characteristic navy blue. 🙂
