Frail

With its slender legs and minimal connections, display cabinet Fragiel appears very light and open, but these features also make the cabinet delicate and frail. This is where the cabinet takes its name from; fragiel is Dutch for frail.

For more info and photos, view Fragiel in our shop.

A coat rack in the making

The next step in the process was cutting mortises and preparing sticks to fit into them. The result? A coat rack 🙂

Still needs to be glued and oiled though, photos of that final stage coming up soon.

A charismatic face

With a curious pattern meandering on its cheeks and delicately figured knots on its pout, Vlekken has a distinctively charismatic face that even Danny Trejo is likely to envy.

The case rests on a set of four maple legs, relying on a variant of the butt joint.

Vlekken is designed to store your wine and liquor, but is also perfectly fitted for other items of comparable height and size.

Delicately figured knots in the maple doors give the cabinet a distinctively charismatic face rivalling that of Danny Trejo.
